Our story
The name comes from the thin line that first responders hold between their community and the worst day of someone's life. Our team grew out of the fire service. Every one of us is a first responder or comes from a family of them, and we run our business the same way: be ready, communicate clearly and don't leave until the job is done.
Chicago and the northwest suburbs are home turf for us. That's where we know the neighborhoods, the schools and what homes are really selling for. Through our brokerage and agent network, we can also help sellers, buyers and investors anywhere in Illinois. Our office is in Mundelein.

Tim Ryan
Full-time firefighter/paramedic and co-owner of 4 Keys Real Estate. Tim leads the team, runs our Heroes Program and works with sellers facing foreclosure and distressed situations. IL license #475194804.
James Linton
James grew up in a family of first responders, so the long shifts, missed holidays and pride that come with the job are part of his story too. He brings that same sense of duty to every client, with a focus on buyers and investors. To James, helping a hero's family find the right home is personal.
Clint Faldetta
Clint comes from a family of first responders and has spent his life backing the people who answer the call. He works with residential and commercial clients across Chicago and the northwest suburbs, and he's one of the Heroes Program's biggest champions, making sure those who protect our neighborhoods get every advantage when they buy or sell.
